Five-person multidisciplinary design research group based in the Computer Related Design Department at the Royal College of Art. The aim of the project was to find innovative interactive techniques that could help increase the presence of the elderly within their local communities. Specific projects were undertaken in Holland, Italy and Norway. A rural radioscape was developed in the Tuscan countryside; a digital information boudoir was proposed for Oslo; and an interactive system of benches and displays were produced and trialled in Amsterdam.
